Purpose and information collected

AGNI Advisory Group processes company and contact names, business email addresses, proposed brands and transaction structures, and business information supplied by you to assess Korean distribution and rights enquiries or Korea market entry, verify information, respond, and prepare due diligence and follow-up discussions. Additional business details may be provided to the extent available. Please do not submit sensitive personal data, identity documents, or private personal information about others.

Retention and deletion

Unengaged enquiries are managed against a retention period of 12 months from submission. Records reaching that period are identified for deletion. If an engagement is established, separate engagement and record-retention terms will apply. You may request correction, deletion, or restriction through the contact below. Where retention is required by law or for a dispute, the reason and applicable period will be explained separately.

External sharing and future opportunities

Consent to this enquiry does not automatically authorize sharing your contact information or answers with brands or distributors, or marketing unrelated transactions. Disclosure for meetings or negotiations, and retention or contact for future brand opportunities, will be confirmed separately.

Service providers and international processing

This intake service uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and storage infrastructure. When connected, Resend sends acknowledgments and internal notifications, which are also processed by AAG’s business email service. Emails exclude budgets and detailed business answers.
