Automatic email submission notice

When you submit the completed form, it is automatically emailed to AAG’s two business addresses. You do not need to save a PDF or compose a separate email. Full commercial answers, including internal budgets entered, are included in the internal review emails. The customer acknowledgment excludes detailed answers.

Purposes and information

AGNI Advisory Group uses company and contact names, business email, brands, commercial terms and operational information to assess, verify and respond to this enquiry. Do not include sensitive identity information or private personal data about others. Future brand introductions and disclosure to external counterparties will be confirmed separately.

Processing and transmission

Submitted content is temporarily processed by the website hosting server to send the emails. Full answers and contact details are not retained in the website database. It records only random receipt references, delivery states, a cryptographic digest for duplicate prevention, and temporary rate-limit information. AAG receives the brief at info@agniadvisorygroup.com and jenny.kang@agniadvisorygroup.com.

Emails are sent through Resend using its Tokyo, Japan sending region. Under Resend’s published policy, email and delivery-log data is stored in the United States, with 30-day email/log retention on its standard plans. AAG’s received email is processed by Google Workspace. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting; the full country scope and terms for access/security logs and other processing are being confirmed with the provider. Storage exclusively in any particular country is not guaranteed.

Retention and your choices

AAG manages unengaged enquiries against a 12-month retention period from receipt. Established engagements are subject to separate contractual and retention terms. Providing information is optional; without consent, online submission will not proceed. Contact info@agniadvisorygroup.com to discuss the information-processing scope separately or to request correction or deletion.
